⚠️ For mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), transfers are typically made via Remitly, TapTap Send, or other verified remittance services depending on what is supported in your country.
💼 Freelance PlatformsUpwork – All payments follow Upwork’s secure hourly or milestone-based contract system.
🔹 Direct Clients (Outside Upwork)65% Advance Payment is required before any work begins.
The remaining 35% is due upon final project completion, prior to the delivery of source files or full handover.
This advance secures your project slot and enables resource allocation. Final payment is mandatory before deployment or transfer of website assets.
🔹 Upwork ClientsAll payments through Upwork follow Upwork’s policies and procedures:
Hourly Contracts: Tracked using Upwork’s time tracker.
Fixed-Price Projects: Paid through milestones placed in escrow.
Payments are accepted in USD, GBP, or BDT, as agreed before project start.
Upon request, I provide invoices or receipts for each payment made for your recordkeeping or business documentation needs.
For direct clients, failure to complete the final 35% payment will delay delivery and final deployment of the project.
Projects delayed due to unpaid balances beyond 7 days of project completion may be paused or canceled.
Legal or recovery action may be taken in cases of intentional non-payment.
At Rysul Islam, client satisfaction is a priority. However, to ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund policy applies:
